Hotline Counselor

The Genesis Hotline is staffed by a trained volunteer from 9 am to 11 pm 365 days a year. Counselors receive specialized training on how to help clients in need. If you enjoy helping others and are effective communicating over the phone, consider being a hotline counselor.
